Q: Is this a church?
A: No. However, we are partnered with a local church.
Q: Is there a couples age limited for marriage?
A: Yes. We abide by local government and local church guidelines which state that couples must be 18 years old or 16 with parental consent. Please contact us for additional requirements. Also, please check the GA statute for up to date information.
Q: If I don't have a Paypal account can I use my credit/debit card?
A: Yes. At checkout you can choose the option to use another debit/credit card as payment.
Q: What is the cost for the banquet decorations?
A: Please contact our office for fee amount as price varies by design.
Q: Why don't you post your fees online?
A: Fees vary according to the service being provided. Until we receive more details regarding a particular event, we are unable to accurately quote fee amounts.
Q: If I use my own decorations will there be someone to set them up for me?
A: No. You are responsible for setting up your own decorations. However, if you are using any of our decorations, one of our staff members will set up those items.
Q: How much time is needed for setting up the decor?
A: We require that you provide for our staff at least a minimum of 2 1/2 hours prior to start of event for setup purposes.
Q: What if I have a problem or concern with the setup?
A: Please contact the Coordinator assigned on your confirmation sheet. If unsuccessful, please call the main number and speak with the Event Coordinator Supervisor. You may also email us at question@hepacs.com.
Q: What if I have a problem after closing hours?
A: For non-emergencies please call the main number and leave a detailed message and a staff member will return your call within 24 - 48 hours. You may also email us at question@hepacs.com. For all emergencies please contact the Coordinator assigned on your confirmation sheet.
